Authorisation procedure for flights from/to Third Countries via category D airports

The pilot must use the FOM form «Request for authorisation for flights from/to third countries via category D airports»
The pilot must enter the necessary information on the form regarding crew and passengers.
The form is sent to the owner or operator of the airport.
The airport operator or owner is to send the information on the flights with the information on crew and passengers to FOM electronically at least one working days in advance. Email address:

The application is processed by the responsible section within FOM immediately. FOM issues a permit for each person listed in the form, providing he/she fulfils the entry requirements.
The border control authorities are informed about the decision so that they may prepare and perform the checks at the border.
